-9 lbs
A little disappointed because I only lost .5 lbs this week. As my girlfriend said it is half a pound of butter and I didn't gain. So I'm thinking I need to shake things up a bit different foods, exercise, and praying for weight loss. I am grateful for my teammates who I call when I am craving chocolate. We still are in first place with a commanding lead, but we didn't win week 4. Here's to -10 lbs.

I've heard that it helps to let go of the rules for one day a week. I like the sound of that so I choose to believe. Your girlfriend is right - you went in the right direction. Good luck this week.
.5 isn't bad! It is good to shake things up a bit so maybe that'll help next week. Usually those weeks with little loss are followed by big loss so good luck! :)

me and my wife have been researching 2012 for about 2 years now and have allready started planning they say by 2010 you will see it in the sky and i think thats about the time we will have everything ready we are looking to start a survival group or if anyone else has one that we can join let me know ill check back later thanks
